Gütermann Filan

Filan is a 100% polyester sewing thread for durable seams in mattresses and upholstery. Its twisted continuous filament construction provides a smooth, even surface, tensile strength and abrasion resistance with low moisture absorption. The manufacturer also lists Filan 30, 40 and 60 for standard work-shoe manufacture. The catalogue covers sizes 20, 30, 40, 60 and 80; make-up and colour code identify each product variant.
